Sindhi Chana masala

Chop 1 onion

Puree 4 tomatoes

Heat some oil, then add bay leaf badi elaichi(black cadamom), cloves and a small cinnamon stick
Then add chopped onions, cook until pink
Add chopped ginger garlic and green chilies
Then once raw smell of garlic goes away
Add puréed tomatoes
Once tomato is starts cooking and boiling , then add red chili jeera powder, dry methi pinch of turmeric
Then add two cans chickpeas
Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
